48 hour delivery (via DPD) - €5 per order.

• This is a trackable service and a 'one hour delivery window' e-mail or text notification will be sent to you at no extra cost.
• All orders placed before 11am will be despatched thats ame working day, orders placed after that time will be despatched the next working day.
• A signature is required on delivery. If necessary, please provide any delivery instructions you may have for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place.
• Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may take up to 3 working days.
• We do not despatch or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
• Please note that delivery includes the UK & Republic of Ireland only.

Delivery FAQS

How do I track my order?

Once your shoes have been despatched by our warehouse, DPD will send you either an e-mail or text notification detailing your estimated delivery date. From here you can track your order online. We will also send a separate confirmation of despatch e-mail which will include a link to your unique tracking status.
On the day your shoes are due to be delivered, DPD will e-mail or text you a second time with your 'one hour delivery window'. If this is not convenient, you will have the option to change the delivery online.

What if I've missed my delivery?

If DPD have attempted to deliver your parcel and no one has been available to sign for it, DPD will have left you a 'Sorry we missed you' calling card. From this you can follow one of the three options below:

Change your delivery date to a day more convenient for you.

Change your delivery date with new instructions for the DPD delivery driver to leave your parcel in a safe place.

Collect your parcel from your local depot (You will need to take two forms of identification)
